Vendor INVESTMENT includes space to sell your products/services, man power to setup tables & chairs if applicable and break them down, event advertisements, outdoor signage, 3 business features on our social media (Instagram, Facebook Business Page, and Facebook Event Page); which is now a hub for black business support, venue cleaning & sanitization by us or venue staff, event decor, guest freebies, creating an experience for shoppers that they’ll want to come back to and etc. It also covers the overall time spent coordinating the event, which for us is 2 months or more.
Can’t make an event? Add your business samples and marketing materials to our guest swag bags and become a VIP Vendor!
Discount Code “URAPPRECIATED”: This code is only to be used at the checkout by returning vendors. Meaning if you’ve participated in any past events or have signed up for another upcoming event. If you use this code and you are not a returning vendor, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance to participate in this event. If you do not submit payment, you will be issued an electronic gift card and not refunded. *Code must be used at the time of purchase.
Split Vendor You can now share your vendor table with another business and cut your vendor fee in half while still receiving all of the benefits the event has to offer. This applies even if you are the sole owner of both companies. Please ensure that the two businesses you’re signing up have availability in their category at the drop down.

Networking Marketing/Direct Sales/Independent Consultant Vendor
There can only be one independent business owner per company at an event. Example of companies that use network marketing (Total Life Changes, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, InteleTravel, Pure Romance, Color Street…). Select the appropriate vendor ticket. If you do not see your company listed, select “other” and enter your company in the notes at checkout.
Secure Your Spot
Select your vendor category at the drop down to secure your spot! If you don’t see your category, select “other”. You’ll be emailed registration by 30 days before the event. Check your spam mail also. If we do not receive registration from you by the week of the event, your spot will be given to someone else. You’ll be able to transfer to another event as long as you reach out to us at least 48hrs before the event. Otherwise, you’ll forfeit your vendor spot & vendor fee.
Table & Chairs Add-On: We will provide you with (1) 6ft Table & (2) Chairs day of the event for use during the event. This is to be added on in conjunction with your vendor category at the drop down menu. *Rental purposes only
