You’ll be contacted by 3/1/23 to confirm your participation in the event. If you were not selected, you’ll be placed on a waiting list as a few vendors usually pull out at the last minute due to unexpected circumstances.
If you are not given an opportunity to participate, you will be refunded in full once the event has commenced.

*Alcohol beverages must be pre-packaged. No serving on site‼️
Vendor INVESTMENT includes (1) 6ft table & (2) chairs provided, space to sell your products/services, paid event advertisements, outdoor signage, 3 business features on our social media (Instagram, Facebook Business Page, and Facebook Event Page); which is now a hub for black business support, venue cleaning & sanitization by us or venue staff, event decor, guest freebies, creating an experience for shoppers that they’ll want to come back to and etc. It also covers the overall time spent coordinating the event, which for us is 2 months or more.
Can’t make an event? Add your business samples and marketing materials to our guest swag bags and become a VIP Vendor!.
Split Vendor You can now share your vendor table with another business and cut your vendor fee in half while still receiving all of the benefits the event has to offer. This applies even if you are the sole owner of both companies. Please ensure that the two businesses you’re signing up have availability in their category at the drop down.

Direct Sales/Independent Consultant Vendor
There can only be one consultant per company at an event. Select the appropriate vendor ticket. If you do not see your company listed, select “other” and enter your company in the notes at checkout.
