If any dates has to change, you will be notified immediately. You have 7 days from the notification to request a refund if you’re unable to accommodate the new date.
Most events are intended to be indoors.
(1) 6ft rectangle table will be included and (2) chairs will be included at select locations. These will typically be 4hr events with 1 hour setup and 30 min wrap up.
Event times are typically 12-4pm.
The standard vendor investment will be between $100-$125. Pre-registration cost is applied towards the vendor investment.
The $50 payment below secures your spot through our deadline date, permits access to pre-register your business with us and allows us to provide adequate advance marketing for the event. This also allows our team to invest time through a selection process that will ensure we have quality vendors that will bring out a crowd!
There’s limited spots available per vendor category for each city. This is why pre-registering is important. If your category is already at capacity, your business will be considered through a selection process. If your business did not make it through our selection process and it is AFTER the deadline, you will be placed on a waiting list. Typically, there’s always a few vendors that unable to make the event at the last minute. If you did not make it off the waitlist, you will be refunded in full after the event has taken place.
Your business will not be officially inducted as a vendor unless you have paid the full amount for vendor participation and sign the vendor agreement.
A link to secure your remaining balance as well as the vendor agreement will be emailed.
You will receive exact information such as address & times via email at least 2 months prior to the event and also contacted by phone. Our approach is to secure an event space based on the number of vendors signed up. This helps to minimize sudden event changes and allows us to cater to both vendors and guest appropriately.
